1. Oven
Preheat oven to 425° with a rack in center and another beneath it.
2. Batter
2.1 Mix
In a blender, whirl eggs, milk, and salt to break up.

- 1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2.2 Mix
Add flour and whirl until smooth; set aside.

3. Oil
3.1 Divide
Divide butter among 12 muffin cups (1/3-cup size).
3.2 Melt
Bake on center rack in oven until butter melts and begins to brown, 2 to 3 minutes.

4. Assemble

Pour batter into cups
4.2 Place
Place 3-5 raspberries on each cup of batter.

5. Bake
Set on center rack and put a rimmed baking sheet beneath to catch any drips. Bake until dutch babies are very well-browned and puffed, 18 to 20 minutes.

Sift powdered sugar over dutch babies.
